On June 26, 2025, at approximately 2310 hours, I, Deputy Anthony Taylor, responded to [3300 BLOCK] Majestic Lane in reference to a report of a person shot. Upon my arrival, 911 dispatch informed me that the suspect was still on the scene.

Upon making contact at the scene, I observed the victim, identified as [VICTIM #1], lying motionless in a large pool of blood. Standing nearby was the suspect, later identified as Pierre Williams, who was positioned next to his gold 2011 Chevrolet Suburban. Williams voluntarily stated that he had shot [VICTIM #1], claiming that [VICTIM #1] approached his vehicle with his hands in his pants, possibly reaching for a firearm. Williams further stated that the gun he used was located inside his vehicle.

At that time, Williams was placed in handcuffs and detained pending further investigation.

I then spoke with [WITNESS #1], the mother of the victim, [VICTIM #1], who also shares a child –[REDACTED BY AGENCY]–with Pierre Williams. [WITNESS #1] stated that she had contacted Williams to come over and speak with their daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] because she had a male visitor at the residence, and [WITNESS #1] wanted Williams to address the situation.

[WITNESS #1] further stated that when Williams arrived, he and [VICTIM #1] exchanged words. According to her, [VICTIM #1] asked Williams, “What’s going on?” and Williams responded by shooting him.

Investigator Stokes responded to the scene, along with Crime Lab Technician [REDACTED], to conduct the investigation and process the scene for evidence.

[VICTIM #1] sustained a gunshot wound to the neck. He was later pronounced deceased on June 27, 2025, at 0001 hours by Chief Coroner [REDACTED]. The body was transported to Daniel Funeral Home.

Following an interview at 111 Third Street, Williams was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with murder.
