On October 10, 2025, at approximately 0425 hours, Deputy Morera responded to [3900 BLOCK] Northside Dr Apt [REDACTED] regarding a Domestic Disturbance.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated her brother, Quntavious Swint, assaulted their mother, [VICTIM #1]. Quintavious punched [VICTIM #1] multiple times in the face. He hit her in the left eye and mouth with his fist. There was swelling on top of [VICTIM #1]’s right eye, blood in her mouth, and a cut on her left hand. Quintavious also threw [VICTIM #1] into the couch. The sectional sofa was separated. He also hit and pushed her into their 65-inch Roku Smart TV, shattering the screen. Quintavious kicked his mother in the back, where she has an incision for spine decompression. [VICTIM #1] stated Quintavious also choked her by wrapping his arm around her neck from behind, and squeezing as he forced her to the ground.

Quintavious was not on the scene. [WITNESS #1] stated he may have left in his light blue raggedy Hyundai Sonata. A case number was given, and warrants were submitted for Quintavious. The charges are Aggravated Assault Family Violence, Battery Family Violence, and Criminal Trespass Family Violence.
