On Sunday February 8, 2026 at approximately 1513 hours I, Cpl Porter and Lt Rickert was working at the Macon Mall at 3661 Eisenhower Pkwy when security advised us of an unruly customer inside the food court.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. Davis was ordering food. She stated she started making the food and Ms. Davis was not happy about how much food was put on her plate. Ms. [VICTIM #1] then looked at her boss and he grabbed the plate of food to finish it and Ms. [VICTIM #1] went and sat down and started playing on her phone. She advised Ms. Davis then started raising her voice and yelling at Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. Davis then told her she was going to jump across the counter and beat her a*s. Her boss then handled Ms. Davis the plate and asked her to leave. Mall Security also asked Ms. Davis to leave the mall and refused to listen to security. Mall Security then found Myself and Lt Rickert to have her escorted off the property.

After making contact with Ms. Davis, she refused to leave and started raising her voice and refusing to listen to law enforcement. Ms. Davis was advised to place her hands behind her back and started resisting while being handcuffed. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Bibb County L.E.C without incident. A ban notice was given to never return to 3661 Eisenhower Pkwy.
