On Tuesday May 12th 2026 at 1322 hours I (Corporal A. Walker #2329) responded to [1100 BLOCK] Scotland Avenue Macon Georgia 31204 in reference to a domestic.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant who was identified as [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that when she walked in the house her child’s father who was identified as Rashod Milner grabbed her and threw her on the couch and started hitting her while telling her to call him a b*tch again. [VICTIM #1] stated that her friend who was identified as [WITNESS #1] came out of the bathroom and grabbed Milner trying to get him off of her.
After Milner got off of her, [VICTIM #1] stated that she ran out of the house and called the police. After speaking with [VICTIM #1] I spoke with [WITNESS #1] and she stated that when she came out of the bathroom she observed Milner on top of [VICTIM #1] and that is when she grabbed Milner and pulled him off her. [WITNESS #1] also stated that she heard “Milner say to [VICTIM #1] call me a b*tch” again. After speaking with both [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1], I spoke with Milner and he stated that [VICTIM #1] was upset because he created a social media account and she thinks that he is talking to other girls. Milner stated that he did not touch [VICTIM #1] and refused to leave the house because he pays the bills and everything that is in there is his.
I advised Milner and [VICTIM #1] that since they are married they will have to either figure out their marital problems or legally separate. Due to the bruises that were on [VICTIM #1]’s lip as well as [WITNESS #1]’s statement Milner was arrested for battery, family violence and cruelty to children in the third degree. The handcuffs were checked for fit and double locked and a thorough search of Milner was conducted before placing him in the backseat of my marked patrol car.
At this point, I provided my beginning mileage to dispatch and transported Milner without incident to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center where he was turned over to the jail staff for booking. Warrants to be taken out on Milner.
