In reference to child molestation call at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that her child, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], told her that Reginald Parker touched her butt and told her to lay on him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Reginald Parker is a friend of their grandmother’s and that he lives in the residence with them. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that their nephew, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], was present when this happened to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Crimes against children were contacted at that time. Inv. I. Munguia was notified of the incident and advised all further proceedings. Upon going to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] it was discovered that Reginald Parker was not at the residence. A case card was issued to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to document this incident.
