In reference to child molestation call at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that her child, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], told her that Reginald Parker touched her butt and told her to lay on him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Reginald Parker is a friend of their grandmother’s and that he lives in the residence with them.
