On December 14th, 2025 I responded to [2000 BLOCK] Freeman Street within Macon-Bibb County Georgia in reference to a dispute.

Upon arrival on scene I met with Sgt. Grube and then with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that she and Mr. Roderick Bell have been in an off again on again relationship for the past several years. She advised that they went out with friends earlier tonight. She advised that when she returned to Mr. Bell’s home where she was going to be staying the night, they began to have an altercation. She stated that the altercation became physical and he struck her causing a visible injury to her face. Ms. [VICTIM #1] had a swollen area on the side of face around her left eye. When Mr. Bell showed me the doorbell ring camera at his home and it shows her entering into the home around 11:30 P.M. (December 13th, 2025) and she did not have the injury. Around 12:50 A.M. December 14th, 2025 she had the injury to her face when she went outside the house with a small dog.

Mr. Bell was charged with battery and transported to the Bibb LEC. Crime victim case card given.
