On 2-18-26 at approximately 1643 hours, I, Deputy Carter was dispatched to [2000 BLOCK] Meriwood Drive Apt. [REDACTED] for a domestic. Upon arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1] who advised her daughter Ryneisha Rainey attacked her.

[VICTIM #1] advised Ryneisha wanted a $100 and she said no. [VICTIM #1] advised she got upset and threw a wine bottle. [VICTIM #1] advised she went outside and grabbed a stick and struck her 2 or 3 times in the head. I asked [VICTIM #1] if she needed EMS. [VICTIM #1] advised she wanted EMS, so I called EMS.

I made contact with [VICTIM #2] who advised Ryneisha asked her for $100 while she was in the shower and she said no. [VICTIM #2] advised she told Ryneisha that she is helping mom because she has to move soon. [VICTIM #2] advised she defended her mom from Ryneisha. [VICTIM #2] advised she heard Ryneisha say I’m going to kill you when she was hitting there mom in the head with the stick. [VICTIM #2] advised the stick broke when she was hitting her mom with it.

I observed visible injuries on [VICTIM #1]. She had a large knot on the back of her head, her right arm was in a lot of pain where EMS couldn’t even touch it and she was having trouble moving it, left arm had a scratch. EMS advised [VICTIM #1] must be transported because she may have a concussion, because of the way she was acting. [VICTIM #1] was transported by Atrium to Piedmont ER.

I observed visible injuries on [VICTIM #2]. She had three cuts two on the neck, one on the center and the other on the left side, the last one on the right arm.
