On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at approximately 0903 hours, I, Deputy Baltimore, was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Steven Dr in reference to a fight/disorderly.
I met with multiple residents who live at the above address, who stated that Ms. Salinthia Mosley (resident) acted as if she wanted to run them over with her vehicle and caused a disturbance in the complex.
There have been multiple complaints that Ms. Mosley has been yelling, cursing, and actively being aggressive with neighbors in the complex. Ms. Mosley calls the police multiple times a week and states she is the victim and that everyone is harassing her.
Today, Ms. [REDACTED] and Ms. [REDACTED] were standing at the bus stop talking. Ms. Mosley pulled up in her vehicle, aggressively stopped, and began yelling negative slurs towards them, ex(fat b*tch, crack head b*tch), and she got time today to argue.
Ms. [WITNESS #1] property manager, heard the argument and came outside and began recording. The video shows Ms. Mosley acting aggressively towards the ladies standing at the bus stop, cursing and yelling at them.
Mr. [WITNESS #2] maintenance man, witnessed the incident and stated that this is not the first time, and something needs to be done before she hurts someone. Ms. Mosley continues to cause a disturbance in the morning, driving too fast and not stopping at the stop signs in the complex.
Ms. Mosley was not at home at this time, and after careful review of the video and multiple witnesses’ statements, a warrant for Disorderly Conduct will be issued for Ms. Mosley.
