On Wednesday, April 08, 2026, at approximately 1018 hours. I, Lt. D. Inzar, made contact with [VICTIM #1] via phone, referencing an aggravated stalking incident that took place at the Social Security Administration located at 3530 Riverside Dr.
The complainant advises that she has a valid order of protection against Shala Johnson, which was served on 07-04-2025 (25V83275). She entered the Social Security office for service, and Shala Johnson was inside the office receiving service as well. [VICTIM #1] goes on to say that as soon as Ms. Johnson saw her, Ms. Johnson began harassing her by yelling. “What the fu*k you looking at with your scary a*s?”
[VICTIM #1] further states that she did not engage with her, but proceeded to the kiosk, pulled up her number, and sat down. Ms. Johnson continued to taunt [VICTIM #1] with this statement for several minutes.
The complainant states that this is not the first time that Ms. Johnson has violated the order, but she is tired of being harassed and decided to notify law enforcement. I provided the complainant with a case number referencing this incident, and I verified in NCIC that a valid protection order is in place. The order does state that Ms. Johnson is not to harass or intimidate the victim. I will secure a valid warrant for the offense of aggravated stalking, in which the accused violated the protection order by attempting to intimidate her and making harassing statements to her while waiting for services at the social security office.
