On Monday, November 9, 2025, at approximately 2215 hours I, Cpl. Raines responded to [1700 BLOCK] Wren Ave. in reference to a domestic.

Upon my arrival I spoke with [VICTIM #1]. She was on the phone arguing with Nicole Turner and another unknown female. I asked her to hang the phone. She then showed me a video of her child’s father(Jatradeyion Gabriel) standing outside of her front door. You could hear him tell a male who goes by the Facebook name [REDACTED] to peel the back window of of vehicle bearing Georgia tag [REDACTED]. The back window was already busted out. I gave her a case card with the case number.

At approximately 0022 hours, I, Cpl. Raines returned to the above address in reference to shot fired. Upon my arrival, I could observe a single bullet hole in the front window. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that they were going back and forth over the phone. She stated 3 males (Jatradeyion Gabriel, Alton Lumpkin, and an unknown male) and two females (Nicole Cole and an unknown female). She stated that the unknown female jumped on her windshield, busting it. Once they got back in the vehicle, someone shot in the front window while they were driving away. Ms. Meadow stated she and her baby [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were in the house at the time of the shooting. I gave the victim a case card with the case number.

I had on call Gang Unit give me a call. Investigator Sgt. Beltran answered the call. This report will be forwarded to Investigator Sgt. Beltran. I got a list of some of the Facebook names. Jatradeyion Gabriel – [REDACTED], Alton Lumpkin – [REDACTED], and Nicole Turner- [REDACTED].
