On Friday, June 19, 2026, at approximately 1441 hours, I, Corporal S. Howard was dispatched to the Burger King located at 4964 Romesier Dr about a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1], who stated that after I dropped his girlfriend, Shantoria Jackson, off at their apartment, she returned, and busted all the windows out to his Honda Accord, causing about $3,0000.00 in damages, and broke the front window to the business when they locked the door with a hammer. Shantoria stated, that when I dropped her off at her apartment she kept thinking about [VICTIM #1] leaving so despite me telling her not to return she walked back to her boyfriend’s job, and broke all the windows to his car with a hammer and her hand, and that she was angry because she didn’t do anything to him, and that when the employees tried to lock her out, she broke the door window with a hammer.

I gave [VICTIM #1] an informational brochure and advised him to contact the crisis line or go to the Bibb County Courthouse if he felt he needed a restraining order. [REDACTED], the maintenance man at Burger King, stated that it was going to take approximately $600.00 to fix the door. An informational brochure was given. Shantoria was transported to the Bibb County Jail.

Earlier, around 1250 hours, I received a call about Shantoria being at the business. I made contact with [VICTIM #1], who stated that she did not damage his property, but he just wanted her to leave his job because she was just sitting outside. I made contact with Shantoria, who stated she came to [VICTIM #1]’s job to ask him about the payment for the apartment, because they had to go to court about it, and that he had left the apartment, and she did not know why. I took her back to her apartment and told her not to return to his job, just to wait for him to talk to her.
