On November 19th, 2025, at approximately 1521 hours, I responded in non-emergency mode to 4554 Forsyth Rd in reference to a Hit & Run. When I arrived on scene I activated my body-worn camera.

The victim, Ms. [VICTIM #1], stated that a young black female, looked too young to be driving, was driving a Gold Lexus sedan when she struck the driver side of Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle. Ms. [VICTIM #1] attempted to stop the girl from driving off, but the young female fled the scene.

The witness, Mr. [WITNESS #1], stated (via phone), that he was pumping gas. He saw the Gold sedan drive into the parking lot and heard the two vehicles collide. When he looked back, he saw the driver of the gold vehicle, making contact with a parked vehicle. The gold vehicle scrapped along the side of the parked vehicle leaving a scratch mark. Mr. [WITNESS #1] attempted to stop the other gold sedan and told her about the accident. The driver acted like she was going to go behind the store and park behind the parked car. When she circled the building, she fled the scene.

I contacted the driver of the gold Sedan at [500 BLOCK] Comanche Pl., and placed her in custody for the above hit and run. She was handcuffed in the front, double-locked and checked for fit. She was seat belted into the backseat of my patrol car and transported to the LEC.

Once she was turned over to the LEC, a backseat check was conducted and nothing was found.
