On 09/19/25 at 0921 hrs, I, Sgt. George Witherspoon responded to reports of a subject being disorderly and refusing to leave 165 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd. (I-Hop).

Upon arrival, I made contact with Shatia Jenkins after she was observed leaving the location. According to the restaurant’s General Manager, [REDACTED], Jenkins disrupted business by shouting obscenities and making inappropriate racial slurs or remarks towards patrons as they were attempting to enter or leave he location.

When confronted by [REDACTED], Jenkins made statements to do bodily harm to him and approached him in an aggressive manner that made him fear he might have to defend himself. Despite attempts to defuse or de-escalate the situation, Jenkins refused to leave when asked to do so and instead challenged him to call law enforcement and remained on-site until she actually spotted my marked patrol vehicle.

Based on these statements and her behavior, Jenkins was taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County LEC for detention and processing. Jenkins was also permanently trespassed from the location and instructed not to return.
