On June 28, 2025 at approximately 2112hrs I, Cpl. J. Holmes was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a person with a gun.

Upon my arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] who stated that she was involved in an altercation with a female named Shayla Allen. She stated that earlier in the day Allen came to her apartment, the aforementioned location and started a fight with her. [VICTIM #1] stated that she won the fight and Allen left upset. She stated that Allen returned to her apartment around 2045hrs and kicked her front door in damaging the door frame. She the stated that Allen entered her apartment through the now unsecured front door with a pistol. [VICTIM #1] stated that Allen pointed the pistol at her and spit on her then hit her on the head several times. [VICTIM #1] had two scratches on the back of her neck and upper back, a marble sized knot on her forehead and a cut on her top lip. She stated that the incident occurred in front of her four children inside of her apartment.

An attempt to contact Allen was made at apartment #[REDACTED]. I was advised that this is her sister’s apartment and that she had been there, but left prior to me checking for her.

[VICTIM #1] was given a crime victim rights pamphlet with the associated case number and reporting deputy’s information.

Warrants pending arrest.
