On Sunday, 02-22-26 at 1054 hours, I (Sgt. Bruce) and Deputy Stubbs got a call to report to Huddle House (4900 Ocmulgee East Blvd. in reference to shots fired. We met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated that while he was at his father’s residence. ([100 BLOCK] Randy Dr), He and his younger brother (Stephen Durham) got into an altercation, and after the fight, his brother went into his residence, got a gun, and shot at him at least twice. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that this is not the first time that Stephen has had a gun towards him, but this is the first time he actually fired the gun. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] witnessed the incident.

We made contact with Stephen at [100 BLOCK] Randy Dr, and he stated that he and his brother got into a fight, but he fired the gun in the air for self-defence. I placed Stephen under arrest, charging him with aggravated assault, and transported him to Bibb Co. LEC. Deputy Stubb was able to go to the scene and retrieve the gun Stephen used.
