On Friday November 21, 2025 at approximately 5:30 p.m. I Lieutenant Eady assisted a complainant, that arrived to Bibb Sheriff Office 668 Oglethrope Street Macon, Georgia, in reference to a Domestic Dispute that occurred last date on Thursday November 20, 2025.

After further investigations the complainant was identified as b/f [VICTIM #1] [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. During the interview Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that her and her child’s father (Stuart Alexander White) dob – [REDACTED BY AGENCY] return home to their residence Manchester at Wesleyan Apartment #[REDACTED] @ [1600 BLOCK] Wesylan Drive Macon, Georgia 31210 around 7:30p.m. [VICTIM #1] said they have a baby son together name [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and has been living together for approximately 1 year. She said that things has not been going well, as she found out that Stuart had been cheating with another lady.

She said she called her father [REDACTED] on her cell phone, and advised him that she was about to end the relationship with Stuart and wanted to see if he could help her out until she could get financial stable with expensives. She said after completing the phone conversation with her father, shortly afterwards Stuart went into a rage, because he heard the conversation with her father.

She said that Stuart grabbed her cell phone, said he was about to break the phone and walked outside the apartment. She said she followed him outside with only her panties and bra on, to attempt to retrieve her cellphone. Evidence showed from a neighbors ring camera that this incident occurred. She said that since Stuart would not return the cellphone, she ran back up stairs to put clothes on to go to her neighbor apartment to call her father.

She said that Stuart came back inside the apartment, locked the door, stood in front of the door, pushed her towards the hallway wall and she almost hit her head on the corner of the wall. She said their son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] witness this violent incident and started crying.

She said he grabbed her by her hair and pulled her in the bedroom and asked “do you love me?” She said she responded no, this is when he locked the door, said he is about to beat the fu*k out of her. She said she got up and he choked her and throw her on the bed. She said he snatched her necklace off of her neck and choked her again.

She said her son started to cry again, so she grabbed her son and walked in the living room to play on his bouncer and ran out the door and went down the left side of the stairs, as he ran right behind her. She said after she was captured, Stuart dragged her back upstairs into the apartment again. She said he yelled that he is about to beat her face in while reaching for his gun.

She said she grabbed her daughter’s Ipad and he took the Ipad from her and broke the Ipad on top of her head. She said after stopping her movment for several hours, Stuart finally left with his items and left her cellphone. She said this is when she called her mother at around 2:30 a.m. [WITNESS #1], as she came to pick up her and the children. [VICTIM #1] said they all spent the night with her mother [WITNESS #1] at her residence.

I spoke with the victim’s mother [WITNESS #1] over the phone. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that she received a call from her daughter [VICTIM #1] around 2:30a.m. (7hrs later) She said that she responded quickly. She advised that at her daughter’s apartment she could tell that a fight had took place as several things was out of place and turned over.

She said that she observed an Ipad that had been broken, as her daughter told her that this item was broken over her head. She said that her daughter suffered from marks on her neck area and forehead, from the attack. The victim’s mother interview matched everything that was mentioned earlier by her daughter. She advised that her daughter was facing a lot of depression and needed rest, this is why she did not report on last night.

Evidence: from the neighbor’s ring camera showing Stuart taking the victim’s cell phone and not returning, as she was chasing him with only panies and a bra on during this incident. Due to small marks located on the victim’s forehead, that a fight had taken place, pictures and video of the broken Ipad that belongs to victim’s daughter. Violent incident occurring in the presence of a child their son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] as he cried for his father to stop.

Evidence was enough probable cause to sign the following warrants for 1ct F.V. False Imprisonment, 1ct F.V. Aggravated Assault and 1 ct F.V. Cruelty To Children 3rd Degree. Victim’s written statements will be attached to this report.
