On Monday, January 26, 2026, at approximately 2005 hours, I, Cpl. Raines responded [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to sex offenses.

Upon my arrival, I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated that she woke [REDACTED BY AGENCY] up for school. She stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came back to the house, saying she thinks she missed the bus. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] whether she wanted Tagee Huessien to take her to school. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she did not feel comfortable with him. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to call her mom [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to see if she would take her to school.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that later in the day, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her on Friday, January 23, 2026. When she and Mr. Tagee went to Burlington Coat Factory, Mr. Hussein had touched her private area (groin) and her breast. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that he also kissed her in the mouth.

I asked Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] what happened. She stated that on Friday, she and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were supposed to catch a ride with Tagee to go to Burlington to get [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a coat. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that a mechanic came to fix her vehicle [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] whether she felt comfortable enough to go with Tagee alone. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated yes. They left around 535PM/ 545PM.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated on the way back home, Tagee turned down a side street and stopped on the side of the road. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he felt on her breast, her private area (groin), and kissed her in the mouth. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she told Tagee she was 13, and he stated, ” You look grown.” He then took her home around 8 PM. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asked did everything go fine. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated yes. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asked, are you sure [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated yes.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that all of them planned to go to Amerson River Park on that Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 130 PM. When she woke up around 1130 am, she stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was already gone with Tagee. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Tagee gave her a gold anklet when she got in the car. She did not return until 2 PM. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that nothing happened while she was with him.

I asked what kind of vehicle Tagee drove they stated a rental car. It’s a smoke blue Toyota Corolla with an unknown tag. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that they only knew Tagee for a couple of weeks, and he is an Asian male around 50 yrs old. Tagee bought the [REDACTED BY AGENCY] coat for [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. He works at Dollar General on Holley Rd. He is known to carry a firearm in the center console. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she called DEFAC, but they told her to call 911. I had a Crime Against Children’s Investigator give me a call. I spoke with Investigator Mason. I gave the victim a case card with the case number and crisis information. I could not verify the suspect’s information.
