On April 26, 2026, I Sgt. D. Mobbs responded to [4000 BLOCK] Atlantic Ave. Apt. [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival I met with complainant/victim Mr. Ramon Milligan who advised his ex-boyfriend Mr. Taonte Mccullen attacked him in his residence. They broke up a while ago, but Mr. Mccullen keeps coming back and aggravating him. Mr. Milligan wants a protection order against Mr. Mccullen to keep him away. Mr. Milligan did have a cut on his ear but refused EMS.
I looked in the area for Mr. Mccullen but didn’t find him.
After leaving the area I received a call that Mr. Mccullen had returned so I went back to the residence and found both parties walking up the road yelling at each other. I had already found that Mr. Mccullen had warrants out of North Carolina. I allowed Mr. Mccullen to explain his side of the story and then placed him in handcuffs for busting Mr. Milligan in the head making his ear and neck bleed and for his warrant.
I then placed Mr. Milligan in handcuffs for cutting Mr. Mccullen on the chest with a box knife he had in his pocket. Both parties were transported to the Bibb County LEC where Mr. Milligan was booked in for aggravated assault and Mr. Mccullen for battary and his warrant.
