On 06/11/2026, I, Dep. D. Shurley, while working the telephone response unit (TRU) called and spoke to Ms. [VICTIM #1] in reference to harassment. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that her children’s father, Tavares Roberts, Jr., was arrested for crimes against her. A no contact order was put into place via State Court and Superior Court. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Solicitor [REDACTED] contacted her this morning and told her she needed to file a police report and that his bond has already been revoked. Mr. Roberts is not in jail.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Roberts called his this morning via Facetime and was showing the paperwork where he was to not have any contact with her. He stated he had a conversation with his probation officer and found out Ms. [VICTIM #1] was reporting that Mr. Roberts continues to contact her.
I called and spoke to [REDACTED]. He stated that Mr. Roberts has strict probation orders for no contact with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. He stated that he also has a No Violent contact clause through State Court and a No Contact order through Superior Court. Mr. [REDACTED] stated he would have that information emailed to me so that warrants could be obtained for Mr. Roberts.

I received a copy of the superior court bond conditions. On the Motion to Revoke Bond, it states “The defendant was granted bond in the amount of $10,000.00. Among his conditions, defendant was placed on house arrest with electronic ankle monitor. Defendant was also ordered to have no contact with the victim, [VICTIM #1], and was ordered to not consume alcoholic beverages”.
Warrants will be obtained on Mr. Tavares Roberts when evidence is submitted by [Ms]. [VICTIM #1].
