On Sunday, September 28, 2025, at approximately 1006 hours, I, Corporal S. Howard was dispatched [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about a sex offense.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She stated that her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], told her yesterday around 5:57 P.M. that [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Tavoris Johnson, told her to put her mouth on his p*nis. She did, and the incident happened in her mother’s bedroom, and her brother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], walked into the room while his p*nis was out. I advised Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that I could not interview her daughter, but I could listen to what she was saying during a conversation between them.

I asked Tavoris what happened. He stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came up to him and started moaning in his ear and told him that she wanted to see his boxers, and that if he did not show her, she was going to tell her mother, so he showed her his boxers. Crimes Against Children was notified, and I spoke with the Investigator, Daniel Medina, who stated, he was going to contact Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to set up a crescent interview. This case will be turned over to Investigator D. Medina.
