In reference to a fight call at [5700 BLOCK] Satterfield Dr, I observed a group of black males on the side of the home arguing. One of the males was identified as [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] had gotten into a physical altercation with some of the other males there. The group was being broken up and separated upon my arrival.
One of the males, identified as Tecocelin Starling, continued to be aggressive after parties were separated. Tecovelin Starling attacked [VICTIM #1] in front of law enforcement by throwing a punch at him. Tecovelin Starling did not make contact with the punch. Tecovelin Starling did have a strong odor of alcohol about his breath and person when he was taken into custody. Tecovelin Starling was transported to Bibb County LEC in reference to this incident.
