On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at approximately 0814 hours, I, Cpl. Raines responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to sexual offense. Upon my arrival, I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She stated that on April 11, 2026, around 1530 hours, she was standing at her nursing station talking to her supervisor. That’s when Tenesha Peacock came and slapped her hard on the buttocks. She stated that she reported this to human resources, but they let Ms. Peacock back in the building. She stated she did not feel safe.
I then asked where was Ms. Peacock she then pointed her to me. I told Ms. Peacock that I needed to talk to her and the human resources manager. I then explained what [REDACTED BY AGENCY] complaint was. Ms. Peacock stated she did slap [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on the buttocks. I then explained to her that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] wanted to press charges. I then detained her and placed her in the back of my patrol vehicle.
