On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at approximately 21:30 hours, I, Deputy Kile and Deputy T. Jones, responded to the Food Mart at 701 Eisenhower Parkway in reference to a disorderly customer.

When we arrived, we met with Mart. Terrace Beck, who stated that the security guard for the Food Mart, later identified as Mr. Richard Bowman, kicked him in the chest, face, and groin.

Upon watching the video with audio from the business (recorded on Body Camera) it showed Mr. Bowman asking Mr. Beck to leave the business several times because Beck was asking for money, using foul language, and bothering the customers. At a point Mr. Bowman walk from inside the store and kicks Mr. Beck in the chest, shoulder area, and groin. Mr. Bowman stated at this time to Mr. Beck you are fu*king with my money.

Mr. Bowman was armed at the time of his arrest with a silver and black Smith & Wesson, 9 mm, (Serial # FBH3679) with one magazine that was not loaded with any rounds. The firearm was placed in evidence.

Beck, accused did violate OCGA 16-11-39 – Disorderly Conduct when he continued to use fowl language, soliciting customers of the business for money, yelling and screaming profanity

Bowman, accused, did violate OCGA 16-5-23 – Simple Battery when he kicked Mr. Beck in the chest shoulder, and groin as seen on video telling beck that he was fucking with his money.
