On Monday, September 9, 2025, at approximately 2148 hours, I, Cpl. Raines responded to 5394 Thomaston Rd. in reference to a domestic.

Upon my arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that around 6 PM, she was on the phone talking to her child’s [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) father. That’s when Terrell Johnson got mad and began calling her all kinds of h*es. She stated she let the incident go and kept working.

Later in the day, Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she was outside talking to a regular customer. She stated Mr. Johnson walked from the back of the store to the front of the store. She thought he was going to tell her about the customer, but instead he made the statement ” you are doing what you do best”. They began arguing again. The manager called [VICTIM #2] to come get Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Once Ms. [VICTIM #2] got to the restaurant, she and Mr. Johnson began arguing, so Ms. [VICTIM #2] left, walking back to her apartment with Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s child. Ms. [VICTIM #1] then left and met Ms. [VICTIM #2] walking.

While walking, they stated that Mr. Johnson rode past them in a white van with no tag. He saw them and made a U-turn. Once in the view of the victims, he pulled a cocked black firearm and pointed it at Ms. [VICTIM #1], Ms. [VICTIM #2], and the child. They took off running into the apartment complex. Mr. Johnson fled the scene in the white van.

I gave the victim’s case card with the case number.
