I responded to an Aggravated Assault call at [1200 BLOCK] Kitchens St around 1925 hrs. I met with complainant [VICTIM #1] at the top of the Boone and Kitchen St. When I saw Mr. [VICTIM #1] he had a paper towel on his face with alot of blood on the towel.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated to me that there was a man in his house that was trying to take over his house, and they got into a physical altercation. Complainant stated that he was working on a person vehicle in his yard when the guy just walked up and went into his house and locked the door. Complainant stated that he kept on saying this is his house and everyone needed to get out of the house. Complainant then stated that he used his key to get into the house and try to see what was going on with the guy. Complainant also stated that he did have the wrench in his hand when he went to the door, but the suspect grabbed him at the door. This is when they started to fight and the suspect slammed him on the front porch and took the wrench from the complainant. When the suspect took the wrench, he started to strike the complainant in the face and in the head several times causing bodily harm and causing the complainant to bleed.

Complainant then stated that his friend tried to get the suspect off him, but he pushed him away and he kept on striking the complainant. Complainant then stated that he was able to get away from the suspect, and he ran up to the next street and called the Bibb County Sheriff office to come out and make a report.

Complainant was checked out by EMS on scene and then transported to the hospital and given a case card.

Suspect was placed into custody and transported to the Bibb LEC.
