On 8/13/2025 at approximately 2026 hours, I, Corporal Jonah Gordon 2748, responded to [2900 BLOCK] Alfred Dr in reference to a domestic disturbance.

I arrived on scene and met with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1]. They stated that [WITNESS #1]’s wife (they are currently separated), Torriana Mintz, came to the residence and began to argue and yell at the two. She threatened to slash [VICTIM #1]’s tires and shoot her. [VICTIM #1] stated she was inside the residence and Torriana was outside, and Torriana pointed a gun, described as a black pistol, at her through the screen door. Torriana then went to her vehicle and fired her gun off in the driveway area. [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] stated they did not know if Torriana was inside her vehicle or outside when she fired off the gun. I checked the area and could not locate a shell casing on the ground. Torriana had already left the scene prior to my arrival.

[WITNESS #1] stated he witnessed Torriana point the gun at [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] also stated her 14 year old daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], and her 13 year old daugher, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], witnessed the incident.

I provided [VICTIM #1] with a victim’s case brochure. Warrants will be obtained for the arrest of Torriana for aggravated assault and two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.
