On July 7, 2026, at approximately 2343 hours, I, Deputy Morera, responded to 2510 Pio Nono Ave in reference to Trespassing.
Upon arrival, I made contact with [REDACTED]. Mr. [REDACTED] showed me video footage of Tracy Patterson knocking over 3 trash cans in near the gas pumps and yelling at customers, after being asked to leave. I checked for a prior trespass ban on Tracy, but there was none in the system. I searched the area across the street. I made contact with Tracy at 1433 Eisenhower Parkway.
I took Tracy Patterson into custody and charged him with Disorderly Conduct. He was also served a Trespass Ban from 2510 Pio Nono Ave. Tracy Patterson was transported to Bibb CO LEC without incident.
