On 02/06/2026 I, Deputy Benton, responded to [2400 BLOCK] Kingsley Dr. in reference to a person stabbed. Upon arrival I found the victim, [VICTIM #1], lying on her stomach on the back porch of her residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] had what appeared to be multiple stab wounds in her upper back.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated while being treated by Fire personnel that her daughter, Tracy West, had been at the residence with her and they had been drinking. Ms. [VICTIM #1] further stated that Ms. West attacked her unprovoked first by hitting and dragging her by her hair and then stabbing her with a kitchen knife. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. West had paused her unarmed attack and went inside to retrieve the knife and then came back outside, stabbing her.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] has a vehicle registered in her name, a Toyota Tacoma [REDACTED], that was picked up by Flock Cameras on Riverside Dr. and Northside Dr. after the incident occurred. The daughter is believed to be in possession of the vehicle, taking it from the residence after the incident.

A large kitchen knife was found near Ms. [VICTIM #1] which she stated that it was the weapon used by her daughter. The knife did have visible blood on the blade. It was collected as evidence and placed in the Crime Lab.

Before departing with Ms. [VICTIM #1] the EMS personnel stated a total of four stab wounds were found at that time.

A warrant for Ms. Tracy West will be applied for.

The initial call to 911 came in at 1744 hrs as a open line 911 hangup. The call did not get upgraded to a person cut until a call that came in at 1832 hrs when Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated her daughter had stabbed her.
