On August 27, 2025 at approximately 2122hrs I, Cpl. J. Holmes was dispatched to [5500 BLOCK] Forest Pl, Lot [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with Treeshaun Wright who stated that he and his grandmother, [VICTIM #1] were arguing while cleaning up and he became upset. He then stated that he pushed [VICTIM #1] and his younger brother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] because [REDACTED BY AGENCY] tried to hit him with a rock.
While at lot [REDACTED], [WITNESS #1] from lot [REDACTED] walked over and stated that he heard a commotion outside his back door then banging and yelling. He stated that he looked through the window and saw the Treeshaun kicking and stomping [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s head while yelling loudly. [WITNESS #1] stated that he pushed his back door open hitting Treeshaun with it in an attempt to make him stop assaulting [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [WITNESS #1] stated that the disturbance interrupted his family’s dinner at the time and startled them. When I checked lot [REDACTED] for [VICTIM #1] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] no one was inside and [WITNESS #1] advised that everyone left after the incident.
I attempted to make contact with [VICTIM #1] by phone and was told by [WITNESS #1] that Treeshaun smashed her phone. After speaking with [WITNESS #1] I arrested Treeshaun and transported him to the Bibb L.E.C. charged with disorderly conduct. I returned to lot [REDACTED] several time during the shift attempting to make contact with [VICTIM #1] and was unable to get anyone to the door at 0640hrs when I noticed her vehicle in the driveway. I left a case card with a note to call me and later received a call from [VICTIM #1]. I advised her I would stop by later when I returned to work.
At approximately 2027hrs 8/28/2025 I returned to [5500 BLOCK] Forest Pl lot [REDACTED] and made contact with [VICTIM #1]. She stated that Treeshaun had not taken his medication and was throwing things around the house. She stated at one point he threw a brick in the living room that made a hole in the D-side wall. [VICTIM #1] stated that Treeshaun began chasing [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when he tried to help her and chased him to lot [REDACTED]. She stated that she tried to separate her grandchildren when Treeshaun was kicking and stomping on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s head then stated that she was calling the police. After saying that she was calling the police, [VICTIM #1] states that Treeshaun snatched her black Apple iPhone 13 and smashed it until it was inoperable.
While at lot [REDACTED], I checked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for injuries and he had a scratch on the upper left of his back as well as several scratched on his lower back.that now show light swelling.
I confirmed with [VICTIM #1] that she has the crime victim rights pamphlet with the associated case number before leaving the residence.
Additional charged will be added in reference to family violence.
