On Thursday, October 2, 2025, at approximately 2200 hours I, Cpl. Raines responded to [1900 BLOCK] Heron St. in reference to a domestic.

Upon my arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1], who stated that her child’s father Tydell Dishmond, punched her in the mouth after she couldn’t breastfeed their daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She stated that when she was hit, she was holding the baby. Ms. [VICTIM #1] and the other three kids [REDACTED BY AGENCY],[REDACTED BY AGENCY], and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) saw the incident take place. The suspect also punched the LG TV that was mounted on the living room wall.

I observed that Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s lip was busted and bloody. There was a cut on the left side of her lip to the point she had a piece of her lip hanging.. There was a blood trail from the living room floor to the outside walkway. I saw that the tv on the living room wall has been punched and broken. I called for EMS to come check Ms. [VICTIM #1] out. She was transported to Atruim.
