On Sat. 11-01-2025 at 1731 hours, I (Sgt. Bruce) received a call in reference to a fight involving a gun.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with Mr. [VICTIM #1], who ran to me, telling me that he had a gun in his right pocket that he had taken from his girlfriend (Tykeria Marshall). Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. Marshall was accusing him of cheating, and she came out of her residence with a black gun, walking towards him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was able to restrain Ms. Marshall and take the gun. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that she did not point the gun at him, but he was worried about the incident. Mr. [VICTIM #1] also showed me a video of the incident, and I observed Ms. Marshall walk out the door towards Mr. [VICTIM #1] with a black gun in her hand.

I spoke to Ms. Marshall, and she stated that she did have the gun, but she took the gun from Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. Marshall both denied ownership of the gun. I took the gun and had it run through GCIC, but it was unregistered.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he did not want to press charges and that he just wanted his keys back from Ms. Marshall so he could leave. I determined that Ms. Marshall was most responsible for the disturbance. Ms. Marshall was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to Bibb LEC. I put the gun in the crime lab since ownership could not be established.
