On October 4, 2023 at 0423hrs I Deputy L.Pitts responded to a person shot at [1200 BLOCK] Glendale Ave. Lot [REDACTED].

Upon my arrival, Deputy Latimore and myself made contact with a white male who was applying pressure to the upper torso of an older white male. EMS and Fire arrived on scene shortly after and rendered aid to the injured male. Deputy Lattimore secured the scene while I spoke with witness.

The male Mr. [WITNESS #1] advised me that he and his friend [VICTIM #1] were outside his camper talking while he changed the tire on his girlfriend’s car. He stated that he was sitting by the car when he saw a guy running in their direction with a flash light. He stated that the male approached them and stated,” Give it up, Nobody Move. He stated that three other males walked up as he stood holding his hands up. He stated that [VICTIM #1] pulled out a knife and someone begin firing shots striking [VICTIM #1]. He stated that the males ran off on foot. Mr. [WITNESS #1] could not provided any details about the suspects. Sgt. Stokes and Inv. Durbin was responded to the scene.

The victim Mr. [VICTIM #1] was transported to Atruim Hospital via ambulance. Sgt. Culver with the crime lab arrived to process the scene.
