On 02/21/26 I, Dep Benton, responded to [3300 BLOCK] N Ingle Pl Apt [REDACTED] in reference to damage to property. Upon arrival I met with the resident, [VICTIM #1], who stated she had been notified that her back sliding glass door had been busted. Ms. [VICTIM #1] further stated that she found a large rock in her living room that was thrown through the glass door.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] did state that her brother, Victor Jenkins, had been staying with her but she had kicked him out recently and he had no where to stay. Ms. [VICTIM #1] has attempted to get a TPO against her brother but has been denied so far.
