In reference to a child abuse call I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Willie Willis, took her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the store to shop for shoes. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that her daughter returned home and immediately went to her room. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was later notified by her son that her daughter had been touched by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in an inappropriate way.

When I arrived on scene Willie Willis and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were on scene with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she went with Willie Willis to shop for shoes. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Willie Willis took her to a house on Ashland Dr ([4300 BLCOK] Ashland Dr) where he parked his truck. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Willie Willis got out of the truck and came to her side of the vehicle where he was rubbing on her leg and rubbing between her legs. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Willie Willis attempted to pull her pants down while he was rubbing on her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Willie Willis pulled his p*nis out of his pants and rubbed it on her leg. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Willie Willis gave her $50 after the incident and took her home.

A Crimes against Children Investigator was called at that time. Inv. I. Munguia was notified of the incident and advised all further proceedings. Willie Willis was transported to 111 Third St to meet with Inv. Munguia. After meeting with Inv. Munguia Willie Willis was transported to the Bibb County LEC in reference to this incident. A case card was issued to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to document this incident.
