On December 6, 2025, at approximately 1750 hours, I, Cpl. T. Lewis was dispatched to [500 BLOCK] Juniper Lane in reference to a domestic dispute

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1], who stated that her husband, Zakir Mohammed, had struck her in the face, causing visible swelling, and had punched her in the stomach and right arm at approximately 1730 hours. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] further advised that Mr. Mohammed took a belt and struck her, resulting in a bruise to her left ring finger. She stated the incident occurred because Mr. Mohammed believed she was cheating on him and because he did not know her whereabouts “every hour.”

Mrs. [VICTIM #1] reported that while Mr. Mohammed was hitting her, he threatened to kill her and their children, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY], while in a rage. She stated she feared for her life and the lives of her children due to his actions and threats. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] explained she had been at the [REDACTED] building with a friend and was not cheating on her husband, as he had assumed.

While speaking with Mrs. [VICTIM #1], her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she did not feel comfortable with her father returning to the residence or being around the family. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] reported that she and Mr. Mohammed have been together for 17 years and that he has never previously put his hands on her until this incident.

Upon further investigation, I made contact with Mr. Mohammed, who admitted to hitting his wife. He stated he assaulted her because she “did not do her domestic duties” and failed to contact him every hour regarding her whereabouts.

Mr. Mohammed was placed under arrest and charged with Battery – Family Violence, Terroristic Threats- Family violence, and Cruelty to Children (2nd Degree)- Family Violence. He was transported to the Bibb County Jail without incident.

Mrs. [VICTIM #1] was provided with a case card containing the case number and given information for the Crisis Safe House.
