On Monday 02, 2026 at approximately 11:30 hours, I Deputy Stubbs was dispatched to 5080 Riverside Drive(Ulta Beauty) in regards to a theft.
Upon arrival I made contact with [WITNESS #1] who stated that a black female(name unknown) shoplifted $1284.00 worth of beauty products. [WITNESS #1] showed me a video of the suspect walking around the store for several minutes like she was shopping putting items in a bag. [WITNESS #1] then stated that the female after she was done shopping, walked straight out the door and [WITNESS #1] stated that when she told the female that she was calling the police, the female responded “call them”. [WITNESS #1] was able to provide me with the tag number and description of the vehicle, I took [WITNESS #1] information and she was given an crime victim case card, warrants will be taken out after getting a positive identification of the female.
