On the given date and time, I received a call to the complainant’s [WITNESS #1] residence in reference to the offender (Candace Ammons) yelling and showing out. [WITNESS #1] stated that he was asleep in the bed when Candace all of a sudden started yelling at him about her car keys. She had loaned her car to him yesterday, but he had already given her keys back to her. He stated that he told her he had already given her keys back to her and she kept yelling anyway until she got everyone up and wide awake. I asked Candace if that was true and she said yes. I told her that was disorderly and she stated that it was not. I told her again that it was disorderly and I further advised her that she was under arrest for that charge. I then transported her to the jail and issued her a citation for disorderly conduct and turned her over to the jail staff for booking.
