On April 23, 2026, at approximately 2240 hours, I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Williams Road in reference to a verbal domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, I made contact with a female identified as [VICTIM #1], who stated that her mother, [REDACTED], was attempting to force her out of the residence. Shortly thereafter, [REDACTED] approached me in a confrontational manner, stating “that bit*h aint coming back in my house”. I separated the parties to prevent further escalation. Deputy Dasher spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1] while I spoke with Ms. [REDACTED].

During this time, Ms. [REDACTED] continued to yell and reiterate that Ms. [VICTIM #1] was not permitted to return to the home. I advised Ms. [REDACTED] that she would need to follow the eviction process to lawfully remove Ms. [VICTIM #1], noting that she had been previously informed of this during a previous call. Ms. [REDACTED] then handed me her phone and requested that I speak with a male identified as Clifton Oglesby.

I informed Mr. Oglesby that a legal eviction process would be required to remove Ms. [VICTIM #1] from the residence. Mr. Oglesby stated “listen here, ya’ll dont want me to come down there because if I come down there im fixing to show my fu*king a*s and I dont give a fu*k how many police you got”. I returned the phone to Ms. [REDACTED] after Mr. Oglesby indicated he was en route to the residence.

Upon arrival, Mr. Oglesby approached the residence at a rapid pace, stating that he did not care about the law, and entered the home, proceeding toward Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s bedroom. He began a verbal altercation with Ms. [VICTIM #1], during which he used profane language and repeatedly told her she was not allowed in the residence. Mr. Oglesby continued to behave in a disorderly and aggressive manner.

Mr. Oglesby then exited the residence and approached Deputy Dasher and me, demanding that Ms. [VICTIM #1] be removed from the property. Mr. Oglesby stated “get her the fu*k out of here” then smacked his hands together twice, pointing his hand toward Deputy Dashers face and said “I dont give a fu*k what you say”. At that point, I informed Mr. Oglesby that he was under arrest. He refused to comply, stating he would not go to jail and instructing me not to touch him.

As I attempted to place him in custody, Mr. Oglesby struck me in the chest with his left fist. Mr. Oglesby ignored multiple verbal commands and resisted arrest. He was held at taser point before eventually placing his hands behind his back however, he continued to resist by pulling away while being handcuffed. Once secured, Mr. Oglesby was placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle.

While in custody, he continued making verbal threats toward Deputy Dasher and myself stating “take your badges off and i’ll beat both your a*ses”. Mr. Oglesby was transported to the Brantley County Jail, where he was turned over to jail staff.
