On the given date and time, I received a call to the complainant’s [VICTIM #1] residence in reference to a domestic dispute involving violence. When I arrived on scene, [VICTIM #1] met me outside. He stated that he and Hannah (Offender) had gotten into an argument and she elbowed him in the mouth. I looked at his face and it looked like both of his lips were busted. He stated that she just started swinging her hands/fists at him and he had to restrain her to keep her from hitting him any more. Hannah came outside and she stated that [VICTIM #1] had held her down. I asked her why he held her down and she stated that she elbowed him in the mouth and he grabbed her and held her down. I asked Hannah if she had any marks on her and she stated that she has some red marks where [VICTIM #1] held her down. I asked her if he hit her or did anything else to her besides holding her down and she said no.

I explained to Hannah that she can go to jail and be charged with battery. I asked her how many children they have there and she stated that she has 2 year old twin boys and [VICTIM #1] has a 10 year old son there. At this time, Hannah stated that she needed to go inside and check on the other twin who was sleeping. I asked her and [VICTIM #1] if the children were sleeping during their fight and they said yes. [VICTIM #1] stated that his oldest one was awake at this time. One of the twins [JUVENILE #1] was awake at this time also. He was being held by Hannah’s grandmother [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was not present for the fight. While Hannah was inside, [VICTIM #1] stated that he did not want Hannah going to jail. I told him that I could just charge her with disorderly conduct if he wanted me to and she could get bonded right back out tonight. He stated that is what he wanted me to do.

When Hannah came back outside, I told her that she was just going to be charged with disorderly conduct. I further told her that her grandmother [REDACTED] could follow us up to the jail and bond her out after all of the paperwork is done. Before I left the residence, I asked [VICTIM #1] if there was somewhere else he could go for the rest of the night and he said yes. He further stated that he was going to take his older son with him since he is not Hannah’s son. [VICTIM #1] asked me if I could unlock his car because he accidentally locked his keys inside. I told him that I would try to unlock it. I could not get the car unlocked. He stated that he would just drive his truck. I then transported Hannah to the jail and issued her a citation for disorderly conduct and turned her over to the jail staff for booking. Her grandmother followed us up there with the twins.

Hannah stated that she wanted me to mention in this report that [VICTIM #1] had stolen some pain pills from her about two months ago. I told her that I would mention it, but she would have to pursue having [VICTIM #1] charged with that. I further told her that she needs to report things when they happen and not wait a long time like that.
