Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that Emory Moore has been sending him text messages and threatening to jump on him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he wanted the police to have a talk with Emory Moore and have him stop. I was unableto locate Emory Moore and then at 1715hrs this date, Emory Moore & Phillip A. Rhoden came to [200 BLOCK] Franks Pond demanding $40.00 dollars that Mr. [VICTIM #1] owed Mr. Rhoden and an argument broke out between Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. Rhoden and then Emory was waving a stick and cussing Mr. [VICTIM #1] out wanting to fight. Mr. Rhoden and Mr. Emory Moore left the residence and was located on Buffalo Creek Dr. and Mr. Emory Moore was placed under arrest for his actions with Mr. [VICTIM #1]. All 3 parties were blaming the 2nd incident on the other person. Mr. [VICTIM #1] felt like Mr. Rhoden was driving after he had been drinking, but I did not smell any thing or see any other means to confirm that.
Deputy Cooper transported Mr. Emory Moore to the jail and all parties were advised to speak with the magistrate court if they wanted to seek any other charges.
