On September 19, 2026, at approximately 2335 hours, I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Sheron Cir in reference to an armed robbery.
Upon arrival, I observed a white male later identified as [VICTIM #1] lying on his front porch. Mr. [VICTIM #1] had a visible injury to his bottom lip, a swollen right ankle, along with various scratches. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated Emory Newman robbed him at gunpoint and stole $1,900 that he had in a zip lock bag. Mr. [VICTIM #1] also advised that Mr. Newman’s girlfriend ran him over in her vehicle after the assault occurred. Mr. [VICTIM #1] was unable to provide a name of Mr. Newman’s girlfriend. Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised the vehicle was white in color and missing the passenger side mirror. Mr. [VICTIM #1] failed to provide any further information.
EMS arrived and transported Mr. [VICTIM #1] to Memorial Satilla Hospital. While looking for any visible evidence of the crime, I located a clear bag containing a white substance and a glass pipe underneath the corner of the porch. I subsequently located a .380 magazine and an additional bag containing a white substance in the driveway.
