On September 13, 2025, at approximately 1451 hrs., I received a call to respond to [500 BLOCK] Gibson Circle in reference to a physical domestic. The complainant advised dispatch that a male subject threatened his father with a name. The complainant advised the offender’s name of Harold Bargeron, and that he is wearing shorts with a dark shirt. The complainant then advised the offender left the residence walking down the dirt road.

As I arrived on scene to speak with the complainant and victim Sgt. John Watson along with Deputy Drew Stone responded to the area to try to locate Harold. I then spoke to the complainant [WITNESS #1], and the victim [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that her son came up to the residence while she and [VICTIM #1] were at the landfill. She then stated he went inside throwing his truck keys at his grandfather ([WITNESS #1]’s dad) saying that he did not want the mother fu*king truck anymore.

[WITNESS #1] stated that she has the keys to his truck. She stated that when she arrived home, she walked inside to check on her dad. [WITNESS #1] stated that her dad was crying, and that he has also been drinking. She stated that her dad stated to her that pepper (Harold Bargeron) had threw the keys at him telling him that he did not want the truck anymore. She then stated that Harold came back up to get his driver’s license. She then stated that she told Harold to leave.

[VICTIM #1] then stated that he came out of the door (out of the shed), and Harold stated to him what does he want to fu*king do. [VICTIM #1] stated that Harold had deodorant in his hand that he threw at [VICTIM #1] hitting the shed door. [VICTIM #1] then stated alright mother fu*ker lets go I’m tired of your sh*t. [VICTIM #1] then pointed towards a tree in the yard stating that Harold had gone over there and tried to throw another water bottle at him. He then stated that Harold pulled a knife on him and tried to cut him.

I then asked how he tried to cut him. [VICTIM #1] then stated Harold swung his arm, and acting as if he was going to stab him. [WITNESS #1] spoke up stating Harold done that 2-3 times. She then stated that she told him to get down the road before someone got hurt. [VICTIM #1] stated that he told him to get his a*s down the road, and not fu*king come back when Harold stated back, he would be back. [VICTIM #1] stated that they were tired of his sh*t.

I then asked for their driver’s license for the report. I then asked if any of their security cameras caught the incident, and he stated that he was sure they did. I then asked them to see them. While [VICTIM #1] was pulling up the camera footage, I asked [WITNESS #1] if she was married to [VICTIM #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated no that they had been together for 14 years. I then asked if Harold and [VICTIM #1] ever lived in the same residence, and she stated no. I then asked [WITNESS #1] if her dad wanted to speak to me about Harold throwing the keys at him, and she stated that he’s drunk and that I did not want to speak to him. I then looked at the camera footage.

Looking at the camera footage at approximately 1447 hrs.-1448 hrs., you could see Harold stand up from the driver side of his truck walking away from the truck when he threw what appeared to be a water bottle at the truck. I then saw when [VICTIM #1] stepped out of the shed Harold threw the stick of deodorant at him missing him hitting the shed door. At that point [VICTIM #1] did run after him, and when Harold turned around, they both appeared to have squared up towards each other. There was a vehicle in the yard that blocked their view so it’s unclear on the video footage if Harold pulled a knife. Harold then left walking down the road. [VICTIM #1] did state that he wanted to press charges. A warrant for Disorderly Conduct is being secured for his arrest.

Note: They were advised on how to obtain a Temporary Protection Order if they chose to do so.
