On Wednesday March 19th, 2025, I Deputy Cooper was dispatched to 26915, US-82 Friendly Express in reference to a suspicious person naked and humping the ground.
Upon arrival I saw Mr. Henry Jeremy Dover laying on his back behind the store laying in the grass with his p*nis outside of his boxer briefs and mast*rbating in public view in which I have body cam footage and a video via cell phone received from the complainant Ms. [REDACTED]. I also found a clear plastic wrapper in the bottom of his cigarette pack containing a white crystal-like substance tentatively identified as methamphetamine.
Mr. Dover was arrested, and warrants were secured for Public Indecency 16-6-8(b) and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance 16-13-30 (A).
