On 12-07-2025 at approximately 2022hrs. I responded to [700 BLOCK] Lavender Rd. in reference to above offender stating to dispatch, “I will prove everyone wrong. THEY ARE GONNA SEE HOW BRILLIANT I AM WHEN I TAKE A KNIFE TO ALL THOSE AFRICAN AMERICANS THINK ITS FUNNY, YEAH ITS NOT FUNNYT ANYMORE. AND I WILL TAKE MY LIFE AND SEE THEM IN HELL”.

Upon arrival I made contact with above offender who advised that he had called to have his blood pressure checked. Offender had been informed several times that misuse of 911 could result in his arrest. I then took Offender into custody for disorderly conduct and transported him to the Brantley County Jail where he was issued a citation for above charge and turned over to the jailer on duty.

This case is cleared by arrest.
