On the given date and time, I received a call to the complainant’s [WITNESS #1] residence in reference to a verbal dispute. When I arrived on scene, [WITNESS #1] showed me where Jennifer had made a mess and had broken some things and scattered them all over the living room and dining room floor. She then took me back to one of the restrooms in the house and said Jennifer was in there and possibly in the tub. The door was open and there was a mess on the floor and on the counter. I walked on in and Jennifer was on the floor on her knees fully dressed and messing with some clothes. She kept folding them and unfolding them. She also kept raising and lowering the toilet lid. I asked her what was going on and she started making all kinds of gestures that I did not understand.

I kept telling Jennifer to speak to me to tell me what was going on with her. She finally started talking and she was saying all kinds of off the wall things and some sick nasty things. I told her that she was not going to make me mad by calling me names or talking nasty to me. Deputy R. McCormick finally arrived and I told Jennifer she was under arrest and I put the hand cuffs on her. We then escorted her out to Deputy McCormick’s patrol vehicle. He transported her to the jail for me. I followed him up there and did the paperwork on her for the jail. She is being charged with disorderly conduct.
