On above time and date I was dispatched to the above residence in reference to a possiable theft. When I arrived I spoke with the victims who stated that the offender had came on their property and took a water hose nosle without their permission. They also stated that the offender has been harrasing them by text message and calling them just to be a nuisance. I then went to the where the offender was. I asked why he had went on there property and he stated that he went and got their water hose to put out a fire pit. I then asked where was the victims water hose nozzle. He stated that he laid it on the ground when he hooked two hoses togeather to put the fire out. I then asked the offender to show me where it was and that I would take it back to the victim. The offender showed me where it was. I then told the victim not to go back to that property for the rest of the night and to not bother them.

About 1 hour after leaving the residence, we recived another call about the offender being on the property. When I arrived, I spoke with the victims again who stated that the offender had been non stop texting and calling them and that they heard him behind their camper. They stated that they heard him stating that he needed his clothes so he could take a shower. I then went over to where the offender was at and asked him why he went back over there and he stated that he did not. I then told him that i had witnesses and that he needed to turn around and put his hands behind his back and that he was under arrest which he did. I then put hand cuffs on the offender and double locked them. I then transported the offender to the Brantely Jail and turned him over to the jail staff.
