On the given date and time, I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Deer Run, Waycross, Brantley County GA., in reference to a physical domestic between mother and daughter.
Once I arrived I spoke to the complainant, [VICTIM #1] and her son, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [VICTIM #1] stated, her and her daughter (Sarah Trusty) was argueing. She stated, when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started recording Sarah was trying to take his phone from him and it got physical between [VICTIM #1] and Sarah. She stated, Sarah then took [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone and deleted the videos he took. We went back through and recovered the videos with his mothers permission. In the videos I witnessed Sarah screaming at her mother and cussing at her. You could also see [VICTIM #1] scream back at Sarah telling her to not touch [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone or him. In the video you can see Sarah trying to grab [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone from him. That is when [VICTIM #1] grabbed Sarah and told her to not touch [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. You can see both mother and duaghter grab each other and you can hear Sarah cussing at her mother.
I then spoke to Sarah. She stated, it started when her and her mom were argueing about groceries. She stated, they started argueing and that is when she tried to take [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone, her mom then jumped onto her. Sarah stated, that her mom knows she wrestles and she tries to get her mad, so that Sarah would jump onto her mom. I told Sarah she was under arrest for disorderly conduct. In the video clips she was grabbing and yelling at her juvenile brother as well as cussing and grabbing ahold of her mother making her the aggressor in this situation and is why I charged her with disorderly conduct. I took her to jail and turned her over to the jail.
