On 05-11-2024 I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Randall Crew rd in Brantley County, GA. in reference to a physical domestic dispute. Upon my arrival I made Contact with Ms. [VICTIM #1] who stated that Mr. William Beasley had called her days prior saying himself and his girlfriend did not have any money or food. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that he would come over so she would leave and go to town to try and stay seperated. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that on the above listed date Mr. William asked for her car keys to go to the store. Ms. [VICTIM #1] told him no. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that he started arguing and became physical by “popping me on the side of the head.” Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she did immediantly push William away out of self defense. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that William then grabbed her by the neck and stated I’ll fu*king kill you. I could see redness on Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s neck where she stated Mr. William grabbed her.
[WITNESS #1] was awakened by the altercation and called in to our 911 center. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated she was not able to see the altercation from being in the other room but could hear William cussing and calling Ms. [VICTIM #1] names and stated she thought she heard William throw something.
Mr. [WITNESS #2] who was in the home stated he saw what had happen and it matched what Ms. [VICTIM #1] statment was. Mr. [WITNESS #2] and Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated he was only suppose to come over and do some yard work while she was gone and they would pay him and then he would leave. The second day William stated his car broke down and didn’t have a way to go. They both stated that William’s girlfriend [WITNESS #3] who was also on scene stated he took the battery out and sold it and messed the vehicle up himself so he would not have to leave. It was also stated that William threatened [WITNESS #3] but she was upset and did not want to talk about it.
There was a previous domestic at this address involving the same parties on 02-28-2025 that resulted in the arrest of Mr. William.
There is an active Protection order against Mr. William with the protected person being Ms. [VICTIM #1]. William violated this protection order by contacting Ms. [VICTIM #1] by phone calling her number while I was on scene to ask about cops being there, being on the property of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Randall Crews Road, and by harrassing and harming Ms. [VICTIM #1] by commiting acts of family violence towards Ms. [VICTIM #1]. I will be seeking warrants for the following charges: Aggravated Stalking, Aggravated Assault (strangulation-FVA), and Terroristic Threats and acts.
Mr. William left on foot and would not tell anyone where he was at. Also turning off his location on his phone and then turning his phone off so no one could call him.
