The complainant Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that the offender came to her residence and was sitting on a bike rim and Mr. [VICTIM #2] asked him to get off of it, so he did not bend it and the offender Mr. Morris started cussing and being irate. Mr. [WITNESS #1] witnessed this incident and left.

A short time later, Mr. Morris came back to [60 BLOCK] Brock Road and started kicking the back door and yelling.

The offender Mr. Morris was placed under arrest and transported to the branltey jail for disorderly conduct.
