On Saturday, January 17, 2026, at approximately 22:45 hours Officer Keeter and Officer Sauni responded to Pine Trails Apartments, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Waynesboro, Burke County, Georgia 30830, in reference to a verbal domestic dispute.

Upon arrival Officer Keeter and Officer Sauni spoke to Ms. [VICTIM #1], who stated that her 18 year old Daughter Ms. Ja’Naesha Hannah came to the residence to get some of her clothes before work. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. J. Hannah back to the residence after she got off work and was let inside thinking she was going to get some more of her clothes. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she kicked her 18 year old daughter out of the residence a few weeks ago and has taken Ms. J. Hannah off the lease of the apartment.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated as Ms. J. Hannah was supposed to be getting some of her belongings Ms. J. Hannah was making threats towards Ms. [VICTIM #1] stating that she jump on Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. J. Hannah told Ms. [VICTIM #1] to get out of her face or she was going to rock her world.

Officer Keeter instructed Ms. J. Hannah to get her belongings and leave the residence. Ms. J. Hannah started to yelling cuss words outside causing the neighbors to come outside of their residence. As Officer Keeterwas instructing Ms. J. Hannah to come here, Ms. J. Hannah proceeded to get inside of a vehicle. Officer Keeter walked to the passenger side of the vehicle and instructed Ms. J. Hannah to get out of the vehicle and go to the front of Officer Keeters patrol vehicle. Officer Keeter advised Ms. J. Hannah that she was being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Officer Keeter placed Ms. J.Hannah in handcuffs behind her back and double-locked them.

Officer Keeter conducted a Search Incident to Arrest on Ms. J. Hannah and placed her in the back passenger seat of Officer Keeter s patrol vehicle. Officer Keeter transported Ms. J. Hannah to the Burke County Jail and turned Ms. J. Hannah over to the jail staff to be booked and processed.

Officer Keeter charged Ms. J. Hannah with Disorderly Conduct (city ordinance) C04-4.
